Aluminum Rails and Covers

Spiratex has designed aluminum extrusions which are now commonly used as side guide rails, support members under belting and tabletop chain, cable guides and lane dividers. The wear resistant inserts and covers are made from ULTREX UHMW materials. There are a number of interchangeable combinations for use in a variety of packaging machine and conveying applications.

The aluminum rails are extruded from rugged 6063 alloy aluminum. Easily mounted structural members and the plastic inserts protect the package being conveyed from any metal contact and create a low friction, non-marring surface to guide and support the product. Aluminum rails can be sold with/without UHMW wear covers or can be shipped preassembled and ready to install. Aluminum rails can be anodized upon request.
