Spiratite Roller Covers (Standard)
This product is made from a Polyurethane (TPU) 85A thermoplastic material. This material is FDA and USDA compliant. Some of the advantages to using the Spiratite Roller Covers are for traction to keep product moving, especially on inclines. It will provide protection as a cushion to the conveying product. One of it primary functions are to reduce nose. Polyurethane is a very tough material not easily cut and has excellent wear.
It is an interface fit to the rollers and is easy to apply. This feature will make it easy to upgrade any existing conveyor. It is available in all of the standard conveyor roller sizes. Please view the attached short video illustrating the ease of installation. Our standard product line is available in 122" lengths and the standard color is Orange. Spiratite Roller Covers can be made to custom lengths and colors as well as softer or harder durometer to accommodate any conveyor situation.
Custom Run Spiratite Roller Covers
Our Spiratite Roller Cover is also available with Ribs on the outer surface. This feature will aid in areas of inclines or helping to break the product on a decline.
We also have the Spiratite available in a Flexible PVC resin.
Custom Colors, Lengths and different durometers are also available upon request.
