Custom Fabrication
The Spiratex Company has the ability to custom fabricate the profiles or tubes that we extrude for you. We can drill holes, add countersinks or provide counterbores, so that your part is installation ready to your mating components when you receive it. With our CNC routers we can cut out notches, add chamfers, add slots, or whatever you desire, to ensure a perfect fit. Our years of experience with all thermoplastics allow us to choose the correct drill, saw, and other tools specifically for your material in order to provide a burr-free cut. We have the capability to punch holes of any size or cut thicker parts to length using our punch presses. If the material you choose lends itself to being formed after extrusion, we can do that too. We have ovens to heat the extrusion and we have our own in-house machine shop, so we can form parts using custom made jigs and fixtures. If you send us the mating parts, we can put them together, fasten them, and ship them to you pre-installed. We can provide guide rails with the correct radius or bend you desire, so you can take them out of the package and put them right on your line.
