Our state of the art fabrication department can fabricate your tubes and profiles to be installation ready upon delivery. Our CNC routers can cut out notches, add chamfers, add slots, or whatever you desire to ensure a perfect fit. We can deburr, drill holes, add countersinks, provide counterbores, and much more. The Spiratex Co. has its own in-house machine shop where we can form parts using custom made jigs and fixtures. If you send us the mating parts we can combine and fasten them and ship the product to you pre-installed. We can provide guide rails with the correct radius or bend that you desire so they are installation ready when delivered.
