Engineering Assistance

Spiratex engineers are eager and available to assist you with your project. We have worked closely with raw material suppliers to develop solutions in extruded plastic and helped major OEM’s solve problems with plastic selection and part design. Our engineers will tackle the most difficult projects.

Fabrication

Let our fabrication department save you time and money. Often parts can be extruded and finished for much less  than molding. We will drill, cut, mill, and apply adhesives. All you have to do is install.

Custom Tooling

Spiratex will build your tooling with a one-time fee. Over time that fee pays for itself in lower maintenance and re-placement costs. Your part fits perfectly and adds value to your total product. We have manufacturing capabilities with  over 20 plastic materials. Custom Colors and Profiles

Depending on the material choice, Spiratex will manufacture your part in whatever color suits you. From opaque to transparent, we give you what you want. Our profile extrusions are made to exact specifications. We will extrude the most difficult shapes with ease. We were the first to extrude a UHMW/PE profile in 1955, and we continue to offer the highest quality shapes today.
