Roller Covers

Spiratex roller covers are an excellent way to prolong the life of the roller that is in contact with chemicals or water. They also provide traction (especially on inclines) and protection for the more fragile conveyed product. Always USDA compliant, Spiratex Roller Covers are now available in a ribbed design. The ribs allow dirt and liquids to fall into the cracks which helps eliminate buildup that could affect grip and cleanliness. These urethane roller covers come in a range of durometers from 65A to 95A. Standard cover is 85A in the color orange. >>back to top>>

Roller Sleeves 

ULTEX sleeves - with their superior surface finish - allow accumulation of product on power roller conveyors without damaging or marring conveyed products. In addition, the conveyor system is protected from over-taxing the drive components by relieving line pressure at bottle-necks and jams. These sleeves have set an industry standard for use with both powered and unpowered roller conveyors. Guide Rails

Spiratex standard UHMW/PE guide rail inserts come assembled with aluminum, stainless steel and NEW! Galvanized Steel. (also available unassembled). Stainless Steel guide rail is USDA and FDA compliant when used with ULTREX UHMW/PE inserts. ULTREX inserts are produced exclusively using the Spiratex Company's ACU-RAM extrusion process. This proprietary extrusion process produces a surface finish far superior to that of common ram extruders. Wear Strips/Covers

Tubing

Available in round, rectangular and square cross-sections, tubing is used for many different applications including Feed Chuting and Roller Covers (see Roller Covers and Sleeves above). Although we cannot stock every size and shape, Spiratex has the tooling for a large variety and can easily provide what you need. Call us to find what you’re looking for. Spiral Wrap

Standard in Butyrate, HDPE, and Nylon, Spiral wrap is commonly used to protect wire and hose. It wraps tightly to the wire and cable being bundled, yet is flexible and simple to apply. All types maintain flexibility even when bent around sharp edges. Breakouts or tapoff connections may be made through the openings of the wrap. >>back to top>>

Flight Edging

An excellent wear surface for the edge of any auger, ULTREX UHMW/PE flight edging is commonly used on screw conveyors.
