These versatile covers can be used as side guide rails, support members under belting and table top chains, cable guides, and lane dividers.

Since the introduction of Stainless Steel Guide Rails in the 1980’s, Spiratex has been providing ULTREX UHMW/PE guide rails where the UHMW/PE insert completely fills the 304 stainless steel sheath. This solid design eliminates the gap between the insert legs and steel sheath to prevent dirt and bacteria collection. Standard lengths are 8 ft, 10 ft, 12 ft and 20 ft.

GRS Guide Rail
For non-food equipment, a lower cost galvanized steel sheath (GRS-series) is available with the same ULTREX UHMW/PE inserts as the 304 stainless steel (RS-series). Standard length is 10 ft.

RH Guide Rails
Since its introduction in 2000, the RH (locking design) has allowed designers the ability to bend and curve custom rails without the fear of the insert popping out of the 304 stainless steel sheath. We provide custom forming and bending services to ensure your custom rails will be ready to install.

Custom UHMW/PE materials including gray lubricated, enhanced conductivity, anti-static and high temp are available in all guide rails upon request.
